Nothing makes us happier than working with purpose-driven brands and founders to amplify their impact through beautiful, on brand video content - and empowering an all-female team of creatives in the process.

We’re trained journalists-turned-video-specialists who understand your unique brand story and tone of voice; we’re excellent communicators, able to bring the best out of anyone on set; and we’re experienced end-to-end project managers, consistently delivering high quality video content that is on brand, on time and on budget.
An all-female crew is a rarity in our industry. In the UK, less than 25% of videographers are female. Everything we do at Featured - from our teams on set, to our Pro Video Course for photographers, our event speaking commissions and pro bono industry mentoring - is working to change that.

From day one, we have been driven by the belief that there is a better way to work. One where success does not equal burnout. Where flexibility is the norm, wellness a priority, and compassion a given. Our team are free to bring their whole selves to work, where we celebrate our differences and lift each-other up.
We believe that success is better when it’s shared. We don’t treat others as our competition but as our peers - working together to make the industry a better and friendlier place - whilst doing our bit to close the gender and intersectional pay gaps. With fair rates for our professional services, transparent and competitive fees for our freelancers, and a vocal stance against unpaid work experience from the very beginning, we have always put our money where our mouth is.
At our very core, we believe in a woman’s right to carve her own path. In her ability to break through glass ceilings. And in her prerogative to uplift others.

MEET the TEAM
Vikki - Founder & Director
Vikki is a trained journalist and the former Head of Video at both Mumsnet and HELLO! Magazine - two powerhouse UK women’s brands. Having successfully grown those video departments, producing hundreds of editorial and commercial videos in the process, she founded Featured Studio in 2019.
As director, Vikki works closely with clients to understand their video goals and bring their dream deliverables to life. She is often on set, filming or directing, and oversees the rest of the team in the end-to-end production process.
She is passionate about empowering women and creating opportunities for others, not just through her work at Featured, but in her Pro Video Course for Photographers, event speaking commissions and pro bono industry mentoring.

Out of hours - You’ll find Vikki practicing breathwork, reformer pilates and strength training, as well as spending time with friends and family.

“By my late twenties, my definition of success had changed. It was no longer about a particular company, job title, salary or industry shortlist. Now, working with a variety of purpose-driven brands, creating opportunities for other women, and building a new blueprint for how working life can be? That feels like success to me.”

Fabi - Senior Video Producer
Fabi is a highly talented videographer, editor and motion graphics designer.
As Senior Video Producer at Featured, she is regularly out filming with clients, bringing their vision to life in the edit, and supporting more junior members of our in-house team.
She has a strong love of design across both video and sound, bringing creative flair to our multi-platform video content for national women’s brands and ambitious female founders.
Fabi loves - creating magic in post-production
Out of hours - You’ll find Fabi at early morning spin classes and hosting her own Come DIne with Me-style dinner parties with friends.

Kate - Assistant Video Producer
Since joining the team in 2023, Kate has gained a huge amount of experience across our portfolio of incredible clients.
Now Assistant Video Producer at Featured, she is often on set - filming solo or supporting more senior members of the team - or busy creating beautiful, impactful video edits.
As our resident social media obsessive, Kate is the brains behind our own lo-fi content, and she also provides invaluable community support in the Pro Video Course.

Out of hours - You’ll find Kate getting fresh nail art done, working up a sweat in the gym or planning her next travel adventure.

Meet the extended freelance team

As a former member of our in-house team, Fursiyah gained heaps of experience with core clients including Women’s Health, Harper’s Bazaar and GHD. A passionate content creator in her own right, she now supports us on a freelance basis alongside growing her YouTube and Instagram channels.
